Post-Realignment Bill Would Let Counties Ship Jail Inmates Out-of-State - WRAP REPOSTED

California already houses some of its prisoners in other states. Now, new legislation would let counties do the same with their jail inmates. The bill was just introduced at the State Capitol in response to Governor Jerry Brown’s realignment program.
